Click “Setup” on the account home and enter your customer account number

Invoicing and billing

 

We accept ACH transfers, as well as credit and debit card payments.

Yes. You can schedule payments when paying from your list of open bills. To automate payments, use the Autopayment option under the Administration tab. For detailed instructions, please refer to your welcome package.

Yes. To dispute or request a correction, please contact your assigned Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist.

Yes, as long as all invoices are in the same currency.
 

Security and privacy

 

Yes. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To protect your information, we have industry-standard physical, electronic and managerial security measures in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We recommend that you protect your password, limit access to your devices and sign out after each session.

Customer view: Logged-in users can view invoice details and access the Administration tab, where payment information is securely stored.

Merchant (Collector) view: Assigned AR Specialists can view invoice details and, upon customer request, process payments without accessing sensitive payment data.
 

Technical and access issues

 

You can raise a support ticket from your account home page. Even without full access, you can still set up your password and log in to MyGEHealthCare.

MyGEHealthCare supports all major browsers and devices including desktops, tablets and mobile phones.

Click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to reset your credentials.

Yes. Each user must register using their individual email address. Multiple users can be associated with a single organizational account.
 

Notifications and scheduling

 

To view upcoming due dates, log in to your customer account and check your invoice dashboard.

Failed payments are recorded and can be viewed in the Payment History tab of your customer account. For more details, please refer to your welcome package.
