VENUE FAMILY

Point of care ultrasound for critical care

Offering intensive care unit (ICU) and critical care unit (CCU) clinicians a mobile, multi-purpose ultrasound system, the Venue™ family allows you to reduce exam time, reduce keystrokes, and increase consistency. As a patient’s condition can change rapidly in critical care environments, Venue provides consistent monitoring that enables rapid assessments and quick decision-making in the moments that matter most.
BENEFITS

Designed for the moments that matter most

Acquire information easily

Our advanced algorithm helps to simplify complicated steps

Ready to go

With up to 4-hours of battery life, Venue is ready at a moment’s notice in busy critical care units

Improve accuracy

Needle recognition software helps with visualization for line placements

FEATURES

Made for your point of care

Supporting critical care practitioners through a variety of features, Venue transforms the ICU with automated tools that enable you to closely monitor patients and be prepared for any sudden or deteriorating changes in their status.
CAPTION GUIDANCE

Scan with confidence: The right tool in the right hands for cardiac ultrasound in critical moments

Thanks to Caption Guidance™ AI-driven software on the Venue Family, even new POCUS users can capture diagnostic-quality cardiac images successfully. The on-screen, AI-based tool aids with turn-by-turn probe placement to capture the needed views.
REAL-TIME EF

For accurate, instant, and rapidly updating results

Capture precise results instantly without requiring ECGs—thanks to Real-Time EF, an AI tool that continuously calculates real-time ejection fraction during live scanning in apical 4CH view. And for improved accuracy, its integrated quality indicator helps users select an optimal view for generating exacting results. Reducing the time it takes to reach a result while helping provide consistency, a study found that Real-Time EF results are within ±10 percent points of experts in 86% of cases.1
Auto Bladder Volume

Quick and easy measurements

AI-enabled tool provides rapid and easy urinary bladder volume measurements, saving clinicians valuable time and enhancing clinical accuracy. It measures bladder dimensions and calculates the bladder volume from two views: transverse and longitudinal.
Automated Function Imaging (AFI)

Assess structural heart defects

Quickly and easily assess structural heart defects with objective quantitative analysis of the complete longitudinal myocardial strain of the left ventricle, right ventricle and left atrium throughout the heart cycle. Once you obtain the specific images you need, the AFI measurement tool takes less than three minutes.2
Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS)

Evaluate a variety of conditions at the beside

Evaluate a variety of conditions such as abdominal solid organ injuries, lacerations, hematomas, lesions, tumors and active bleeding at the bedside with this dynamic imaging tool. CEUS also supports cardiac assessment of the LVEF, Regional Wall motion and structural abnormalities.
CATHETER TO VESSEL RATIO

Accurate catheter selection tool

Selecting the wrong sized catheter can lead to catheter related thrombosis.3 Catheter to Vessel Ratio is a measurement tool that supports clinicians in selecting the appropriate sized catheter based on vessel diameter.

Ready for sudden changes in patient health

From its straightforward design to its AI-enabled Auto Tools, the Venue Family of point of care ultrasound systems empower physicians to make fast assessments in tough situations.

Built-in teaching assistance with Scribble

Scribble assists training with a touch-operated pointer and free-drawing capabilities that can also be visible on an external monitor or shared screen.

Automatically recall parameter settings with Follow Up

Delivering consistent and clear conclusions for repeated exams on the same patient, Follow Up automatically recalls parameter settings from a previous exam including comments and body patterns. It also supports monitoring of patient response to treatment over time, allowing a side-by-side view of historical and new images.

Remove the clutter with Simple Screen

See only what you need to see with Simple Screen mode, a feature that allows you to see up to a 39%4 larger ultrasound image and view only the icons they want.

Review lung segment images in one view with Lung Diagram

A single view diagram of anatomical lung segments with one click image storing. Keeps track of segmental lung assessment and can be helpful in showing trends in response to therapy.

Quickly assess kidneys and the bladder with Renal Diagram

Simplify documentation and provide easy follow up for patients with suspected hydronephrosis. No need to type findings; simply assign a label from a pre-populated list that correlates with images.
