Exceptional battery life

ApexProTM CH telemetry lasts 120+ hours supporting extended patient stays

Clinical excellence begins with operational excellence
ApexPro CH telemetry system is built for both longevity and enhanced monitoring performance. It uses the EK-Pro clinical algorithm, which processes and analyzes up to five independent, dual V-leads for enhanced arrhythmia monitoring and ST segment changes. Plus, an innovative Smart Leads Fail feature ensures monitoring and algorithm analysis are uninterrupted in the event of an electrode failure.
Extended range of coverage
Equipped with the CARESCAPE Telemetry T14 transmitter, the ApexPro CH telemetry system lets you monitor up to 438 patients across your coverage area. Featuring exclusive Dynamic Spatial Adaptive Attenuation (DSA2) technology and quad-diversity antennas that can search up to four separate antenna fields per second—it provides the best signal from each patient for enhanced telemetry coverage throughout the hospital.

Protected medical wireless spectrum
ApexPro CH telemetry offers a Wireless Medical Telemetry Service (WMTS)-protected, wireless patient monitoring system that helps protect against signal interference and dropout. The system operates in both the 608 to 614 MHz and 1395 to 1400 MHz ranges, giving you flexibility and scalability to reduce the possibility of external interference in any RF environment.

Why WMTS instead of Wi-Fi?
According to the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) WMTS (Wireless Medical Telemetry Service) User Information Guide (V 10.1 December 2016) in the chapter titled "Why use WMTS?" considerations for use of WMTS spectrum (i.e., 608-614, 1395-1400, and 1427-1433 MHz) include:

-This is the only designated frequency spectrum for medical telemetry systems
- You are protected from interference due to other wireless devices
- There are comparatively fewer interference sources
- Both the FCC and FDA encourage use of WMTS
- Frequencies are coordinated to ensure interference-free operation
