Clinical Training for your OEC C-arm

Over four decades of experience has led us to a clear understanding of the clinical training needs.

ARRT accredited operators will actively support you and your attendees during your educational event with operation of the OEC C-arms.

When your OEC C-arm arrives, our onsite clinical training brings your team up to speed quickly with your new OEC C-arms. If a concern or issue should arise, our Customer Call Center is there for clinical and application support.

Onsite training

Onsite training is provided with the purchase of a new or refurbished OEC C-arm. Hands-on training is provided by OEC Clinical Imaging Specialists that are ARRT certified radiologic technologists. Classes with Continuing Education credits per ASRT as well as Clinical Workshop support are also available offerings.

Clinical Call Center

When questions arise, a Clinical Call Center is available to answer questions on how to use OEC C-arms.
The call center is staffed by OEC Clinical Imaging Specialists with ARRT certification.

The Clinical Call Center is available Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST by calling 800-874-7378 (opt. 5, 2 for clinical assistance).

Training videos

In addition to onsite product training, Clinical Excellence on-line modules are available to refresh users with operating OEC C-arms. Users can view these instructional training videos on their own computer at anytime, before or after onsite training, through a link provided by the OEC Clinical Imaging Specialists.
