The GE HealthCare Leadership Academy is a specialized professional development program that trains frontline and emerging healthcare professionals for management and leadership roles.

Enrollment is open to clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals, including lead technologists, nursing supervisors, service leaders, biomedical, field and clinical engineers, RNs, PTs, RadTechs, LabTechs and existing frontline managers. 

The Aspire program focuses on building foundational leadership and team-building skills for emerging leaders, while the Empower program focuses on enhancing day-to-day leadership performance and confidence for existing frontline managers. 

The programs feature a hybrid timeline combining self-paced online assessments, live coaching sessions, and immersive multi-day in-person workshops. 

The curriculum teaches critical healthcare management skills, including strategic decision-making, relationship management, navigating change, and driving results in high-pressure environments. 

Not currently. Professional development courses are for personal enrichment and skill‑building and are generally not accredited unless they are offered in affiliation with an educational institution.
