The power of the X-ray generator determines how well the X-rays can penetrate the object to be imaged. Objects that are denser need a higher power X-ray generator so X-rays can penetrate through those objects. Without enough power image quality will be degraded. Definium Pace Select ST offers a generator with 50kW or 65kW nominal output and a tube heat dissipation capacity of 667 HU/s to meet your needs.

• SID indication on tube stand column to show SID with table receptor.
• Two indicators of 180 cm and 150 cm SID to facilitate position with wall stand receptor.
• A digital angle display on the tube head console to show the angle of the tube.

• Intelligent Auto Rotate – Automatically rotates images that are hung the wrong way.
• Intelligent Protocol Check – Conducts an automated quality check to detect errors on the acquisition system, such as improper protocol used.
• Intelligent Field of View – Detects when a lung field is clipped in a frontal chest X-ray and allows technologists to determine if a repeat is required before sending the image to PACS.
