MYGEHEALTHCARE TERMS
You agree that your access to and use of MyGEHealthcare is granted to you as a result of, and is subject to, the terms and conditions (including, without limitation, any related to confidentiality and licensing) of the agreement between the customer organization that you identified as part of the MyGEHealthcare account request process (“Customer”) and GE Healthcare for the sale/purchase of GE Healthcare products and/or services. You agree that your access to and use of MyGEHealthcare is authorized by Customer and will not be shared with any other person or organization. MyGEHealthcare may provide you with data concerning product uptime, service response time, service part delivery time, etc. These estimated figures are provided to you for informational purposes only and are not intended to be a commitment, guaranty or warranty of any kind from GE Healthcare. The agreement between Customer and GE Healthcare contains the sole and exclusive terms, conditions, and commitments between the parties. If you are no longer an employee of Customer or if your right to access MyGEHealthcare is otherwise revoked by Customer or GE Healthcare, your account and right to access and use MyGEHealthcare is terminated, and you must immediately discontinue accessing and using MyGEHealthcare.
