• If you would like to have your profile updated such as changes to Legal entity names, addresses, payment details, contact information, etc. please work with your sourcing contact at GE HealthCare
Note: In due course of time, we would encourage all suppliers, with some notable exceptions mentioned below, to switch to one our e-Invoicing channels to submit invoices. Advantages of using e-invoicing channels is reduced paper, fewer errors and timely payment leading to a win-win situation for you (the supplier) and us (the customer)

• Certain countries require suppliers to submit invoices through the Government Portal. As such, we will not be onboarding the suppliers supplying to those countries to any of the Coupa e-Invoicing channels.
Examples of such countries are France, Poland, Italy. This is not an exhaustive list. Please check local regulations

• Certain countries require suppliers to submit paper invoices only. Such countries will continue to be on paper as mandated by the government of those countries.
Examples of such countries are Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Ivory coast, Kenya, Pakistan. This is not an exhaustive list. Please check local regulations

• If you have not already registered on CSP and do not wish to register on the Coupa Supplier Portal, you can submit your invoices to the email address provided below. Note that each legal entity has different email address, and you should choose the email address corresponding to the GE HealthCare legal entity that you are sending your invoices to.

As of Nov 23, 2023, Tungsten is no longer available to suppliers' submitting invoices to GEHC Legal Entities located in Europe and META regions. Note: Tungsten remains available in other regions until Coupa is rolled in those regions.

• Starting Nov 23, 2023, all Tungsten suppliers will either migrate to the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) or will use the email option to submit invoices. (Important: Note that with CSP, you cannot use the integrated option that you may have been using with Tungsten. You can only use the CSP web portal to submit invoices)

Coupa Supplier Portal. Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) is an e-Invoicing platform provided by Coupa that allows suppliers with a CSP account to create invoices directly from purchase orders on the Coupa Supplier Portal for free. This is the most comprehensive way to manage your interactions with your customers. This method is ideal for suppliers with low to medium volume purchase orders and invoices, or who want to view all transactions from their customers who use Coupa in one place.

CSP Recording – Usage guide for suppliers that are already invited by GEHC to join CSP or linked with CSP with GEHC as a customer

If you wish to join CSP, please submit your request to supplierenable.coupa@gehealthcare.com. Include your First Name, Last Name, Company Name and your “Primary contact email address” to which you would like to receive the invitation. We will examine your request and, if eligible, send you an invite to connect with us via CSP.

Note suppliers will need the technical capability to support cXML invoices. Tighter integration with Coupa allows you to send cXML invoices directly to Coupa.  This is suitable for suppliers with a high volume of purchase orders, or who automate their invoicing. direct connection from their supplier system. 

Please note that due to some technical limitations we are not able to offer cXML channel for invoice submission to our suppliers even if you have the technical capability to integrate via cXML.

Remember that you can always request to use the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP), which is a web portal solution offered by Coupa to manage POs and submit invoices. To learn more about the CSP, see details under Invoicing through Coupa Supplier Portal

We highly recommend that you do. Going forward Coupa will be the sole platform for transacting with GE HealthCare, with all new Purchase Orders and associated invoices flowing through Coupa. We need you to fill out the survey so that we can set your company up properly in Coupa to take full advantage of the platform and enable electronic transactions to flow to and from suppliers.

For those who opt to use the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP), it is a free tool for suppliers to use and easily do business with GE HealthCare. 

Once registered/setup for GEHC in Coupa, you will easily be able to link GEHC to your Coupa Supplier Portal account.

During the CSP registration process, GEHC will invite you to attend a training session on how to register on and use CSP. You can also view CSP training @ CSP Recording.

You don’t need to create multiple CSP accounts. You need to create only one CSP account and give user access to your colleagues from other sites to the same CSP account.

Yes. In the Admin menu of the CSP, select the “Invite User” button on the right to invite additional employees.

No. You will not be able to submit pdf invoices once you register for CSP. The only exceptions will be to GEHC Legal Entities located in countries that do not allow electronic invoicing.
