GE HealthCare earns industry-leading culture recognition in the U.S. for the first time as an independent company

• GE HealthCare earns its first Great Place to Work Certification™ in the United States

CHICAGO, IL­­ — February 20, 2025 — GE HealthCare (Nasdaq: GEHC) today announced its first United States certification as a standalone company by Great Place to Work®, a global leader in workplace culture recognition. This is earned by evaluating workplace culture from the perspective of the colleague, offering a comprehensive picture of the internal health of an organization. The survey revealed that 82% of sampled colleagues believe GE HealthCare is a great place to work, and 89% feel that their coworkers genuinely care about them.
