1. Omni 128 cm is designed with an AFOV that allows one bed vertex to thigh scan for virtually all patients, including those in the 99th percentile of body height. Based on anthropometric data from the 2001 edition of "Tilley’s The Measure of Man and Woman". Vertex to thigh is defined as the middle of the thigh when measuring from femur neck to knee.
2. As demonstrated in phantom testing based on NEMA NU 2024 with adaptation for 128cm FOV compared to Omni Legend 32
3. Recon Performance Measurements refer to all recons including first and dynamic:
- Simulated on phantoms with 3 min acquisition; patients' results may differ depending on scan duration, tracer and dose
- 1st recon: OSEM; All recons: OSEM, BSREM, DL, NAC
- Dynamic recon of a protocol of 55 min with 70 frames, BSREM
4. Data on file
5. As prescribed by the health care provider and per the radiopharmaceutical prescribed information.
6. Precision DL improves contrast recovery up to 28% and contrast-to-noise ratio up to 64% as compared to use of non-ToF reconstruction. Contrast recovery and contrast-to-noise demonstrated using clinical data with inserted lesions of known size, location, and contrast. Using data from DMI, CR was measured using H-PDL and QCHD. CNR was measured using L-PDL and QCHD.
Precision DL improves contrast recovery and contrast-to-noise ratio of non-ToF reconstruction on a premium digital PET/CT, such that the results are comparable to ToF reconstruction (QCFX).*
*Contrast recovery and contrast-to-noise demonstrated using clinical data with inserted lesions of known size, location, and contrast. Using data from DMI, CR and CNR were measured using H-PDL and were within 5% of measurements using QCFX.
* Omni with 128cm Axial Field of View (AFOV) is CE Marked. Not cleared or approved by the U.S. FDA. Not available for sale in the United States.
