If you do not know your GE OEC Customer Number e-mail customer service at SurgeryDA@ge.com or call 1-800-874-7378.

Answer 2:
If you are taxed on your order & you are tax exempt, we do not have your tax-exempt certificate in our system. Please e-mail your tax-exempt certificate to SurgeryDA@ge.com or fax to 1-801-536-4817.

Answer 3:
To update your organization's information (including ship-to/bill-to address) e-mail customer service at SurgeryDA@ge.com or call 1-800-874-7378. You can update your personal user information online under "Profile" on this website.

To use your own carrier account number & information, add them into the "shipping instructions" box in the "Checkout/Shipping Information" section of the shopping cart. Be sure to select what "Shipping Method" you prefer at the top, and then enter your own carrier account number into shipping instructions box below.
