Acquires and pastes up to five images for long bone studies
The Definium® 8000 and Definium 5000 digital radiography imaging systems offer GE's exclusive Image Paste optional application.
Image Paste allows imaging of anatomy that is longer than the detector's field of view, such as the spine or legs. The flat panel digital detector acquires between two to five exposures up to 180 cm, and combines them into a single, continuous image at the console for ease of diagnostic assessment.
Fast scanning of the multiple images results in reduced acquisition time. Digital X-rays for scoliosis or lower extremities can be completed in seconds to enhance diagnostic speed and accuracy.
