LOGIQ 9 Advanced Technology Courses

LOGIQ 9 General Ultrasound customer courses will include:

  • Diagnostic ultrasound physics and instrumentation
  • Raw digital data signal processing, storage and manipulation
  • Advanced LOGIQ 7 & 9 technologies i.e. Digital Encoded Ultrasound™
  • CrossXbeam™, SRI HD™, and Coded Harmonics Imaging™
  • System customization and Image optimization
  • Data management
  • 3D/4D Volume ultrasound technology, workflow concepts, and optimization
  • In-depth spectral, color and power Doppler
  • B-flow technology and clinical benefits
  • 4-6 hours of hands-on scanning in small groups

Education courses are led by noted clinical and product experts. All clinical education staff members hold multiple ARDMS credentials and are certified as Master Trainers by GE Healthcare.

At the conclusion of the course attendees should be able to:

  • Explain advanced system technologies
  • Describe system physics and instrumentation
  • Demonstrate basic and advanced image optimization and customization
  • Perform Volume ultrasound in various clinical specialty areas
  • Identify areas you can incorporate advanced features into your workflow


Course length: 2.5 days Continuing Education

Credits: 12-16 Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS)-approved CME credits

Women's Health

Target Audience: This course is intended for LOGIQ 9/7 customers with a primary focus in Women’s Healthcare imaging (breast, OB/Gyn).

Core LOGIQ 9/7 advanced technologies curriculum is included in all specialty focus courses.


Vascular

Target Audience: This course is intended for LOGIQ 9/7 customers with a primary focus in Vascular Imaging and Doppler.

Core LOGIQ 9/7 advanced technologies curriculum is included in all specialty focus courses.


Volume Imaging Protocol (VIP)

Target Audience: This course is intended for LOGIQ 9/7 customers with an interest in implementing volume imaging techniques using Easy 3D (standard on all LOGIQ 9/7 systems) to realize diagnostic benefits and workflow efficiencies. Note: Separate LOGIQworks™ and/or ViewPoint™ workstation hands-on training will be available to applicable customers.
