This program utilizes the National Center for Healthcare Leadership's (NCHL) evidence-based leadership models and assessments to drive alignment of healthcare organizations’ human resource organizational practices.

Designed for no more than 35 human resource and organizational development executives and managers, this program is facilitated by top practitioner thought-leaders inside and outside healthcare.

Individually, or with your team, you will create a tailored action plan that can be immediately implemented back at your organization. Deep sharing of industry and global best practices will provide the opportunity to learn from faculty and other participants.


Speakers:

Jude Williamson, Director of Talent Management for North Shore-LIJ Health System will discuss the results her organization achieved by attending the program. Ms. Williamson is a results-driven business partner with over 20 years of diversified experience in such industries as technology, investment banking, utility, entertainment, and consulting. As a change agent and leader, her focus has been introducing programs and reward incentives related to improved business operations.

Susan Lee, Learning & Development Manager for GE with almost 20 years in strategic HR leader roles with Hallmark Cards, Deloitte, H&R Block and GE.

Andrew R. McGill, PhD, leads NCHL's learning program design initiatives and has a boundary-spanning background as an educator, researcher, consultant, writer, journalist and executive-manager. He retired from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in Summer 2007.

NCHL and GE's Institute for Transformational Leadership's vision is to broadly and quickly deploy leadership training, systems, and tools that enable healthcare leaders to achieve transformational and sustainable improvements in healthcare efficiency, quality, and safety.
