This program provides a unique and dynamic laboratory to engage key talent in a process of building and enhancing senior level leadership skills while completing a meaningful project essential and impactful to the healthcare organization they represent.

This three part program is built on an "action learning" platform of CEO-sponsored teams of between six and eight organizational leaders working together.

Projects are kicked off at a week long session and supported by two additional off-site workshops, regular ongoing faculty coaching,and virtual support for each team participating.

In addition to the projects, participants experience a concurrent stream of development learning in the areas of: leadership, strategy, business and healthcare acumen.
