Innovate with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS)
Extend your Black Belt skills beyond incremental improvements to design breakthrough new services, processes and IT implementations. Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) is a systematic methodology, tools, training and measurements which enables the design of products, processes or services that meet customer expectations and function at a Six Sigma level. Our Design for Six Sigma program gives your experienced belts five days of advanced tools training, supports the team with Leadership Awareness and scoping of the projects and provides coaching through every phase of project execution and leadership review.
  

Build Master Black Belts (MBB)
GE Healthcare also offers a Master Black Belt Development program for your experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belts. The program imparts advanced Six Sigma, Change Acceleration Process (CAP), Lean, and leadership skills to customer Master Black Belt’s (MBB) to effectively lead and develop Black Belts and Green Belts, and manage Quality programs, preparing MBBs for a full range of responsibilities. The program includes 10 days of intensive classroom training at the GE Healthcare Institute, plus guest speakers, a healthcare-based train-the-trainer program, strategy coaching, and deployment mentoring on your site and remotely.
