A more extensive In-House support program

In-House Complete is a more comprehensive In-House support package designed for customers seeking a more extensive level of OEM support. Under the In-House Complete program the customer In-House team is responsible for the PM’s and the first service call on any covered piece of equipment while GE provides a full package of parts, labor and remote support.

The In-house complete program is a great fit for in-house teams that are less experienced, just getting started or absorbing new imaging technology where more OEM support is required.

  • Available for GE and non-GE Diagnostic Imaging systems
  • Customer In-House team is responsible for PM’s and first service call for all covered equipment
  • Behind that, GE provides full support package including: back-up labor, full replacement parts coverage, InSite Remote Diagnostics and Fix on applicable products, licensed support and 25% discount on training needs
