There are several different solutions:
Manual - requires a service document direction, technical support call or a request for field service.
Automated - requires a service patch fix, delivered automatically with no service request required.
No Change Required - no new manual or automatic solution required.
Manual Temporary Solution - a solution that changes the system time temporarily, but will require a service patch or another manual change in the future.
