Centricity® Enterprise - Remote Services

Integrated clinical and financial information systems generate significant benefits in terms of efficiency, clinician satisfaction, and quality of care. The traditional implementation model has put these sophisticated systems out of reach for all but the largest healthcare institutions.

With GE Healthcare's Centricity® Enterprise Remote Services, hospitals of almost any size can quickly implement an industry-leading comprehensive clinical information system, with lower maintenance costs and a lower total cost of ownership compared to purchasing the system outright.

What's included

In addition to the core features, Centricity Enterprise includes a complete and comprehensive clinical data repository (CDR) with interdisciplinary documentation and clinical decision support. It is both a hospital information system (HIS) and clinical information system (CIS) in one solution.

The system also offers access to other GE Healthcare information systems including specialty clinical solutions, PACS, and physiological equipment and devices. Centricity Enterprise is based on the Hewlett-Packard Nonstop platform, which is unique in its ability to provide this comprehensive solution as an ASP service model.

Why choose Centricity Enterprise-Remote Services

The Remote Services ASP delivery model makes the power of Centricity Enterprise accessible to small to medium-sized healthcare facilities such as the 100- to 350-bed community acute care hospitals, emerging standalone specialty facilities, and digital facilities within an academic or integrated delivery network. Delivering the system as a service minimizes the need for in-house resources, maintenance and equipment. And, you can take advantage of the leading edge technology and comprehensive system capabilities in Centricity Enterprise for a fixed monthly cost - without the traditional upfront capital burden.

Implementation and Service

Centricity Enterprise-Remote Services is designed for implementation within 12 months at a tertiary community hospital.
