Infinia and Infinia Hawkeye with Xeleris

Spinal Angioma
A 62 year-old female with upper spine pain. Chest X-ray revealed only a small non-significant lesion. Whole body bone scan was normal. Chest SPECT/CT scan revealed a focal tracer uptake in the thoracic spine, perfectly correlated with a dense lesion visible in the vertebral body on CT Hawkeye images. Final diagnosis was angioma. Osteoarthritis
A 74 year-old female with pelvic pain during the follow-up of breast cancer. Whole body bone scan showed focal increased tracer uptakes on the lumbar spine and the sternum. SPECT/CT scan confirmed the lumbar spine lesions. CT Hawkeye images revealed high density lesions located at the edge of the vertebral bodies correlated with SPECT lesions.
