At GE we are focused to deliver the Gold Standard in Service for our Nuclear Medicine/PET Systems World-Wide. This been possible with the integration of different tools defined in the page. It offers similar functionality to our Starcam , Maxxus, Optima and Millennium Family products.

GE Nuclear Medicine Service Tools have been designed using InSite Remote Access / on site Field Engineer Support and Proactive / Reactive approaches.

The technology that has been utilised for the GE OnLine Services is based on World-wide standards such as TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol) and PPP (Point-to-Point Protocol) makes it the largest, best-proven remote diagnostic network in healthcare today.

Nuclear Medicine & PET Tools can be used remotely or through the Field Engineer on site.

Automated Support Center (ASC)


The Automated Support Center is a Computer Network which is hosted by the GE OnLine Center. It is the heart of the remote diagnostics and includes the following tools, some specific to Nuclear Medicine.

QSA is a set of Nuclear Medicine specific software / hardware tools that has been designed with 3 main objectives.

Features

Proactive PMTube Analysis (PPA)


PPA is a specific Nuclear Medicine Proactive tool, part of the QSA platform, that is able to remotely test individually all the tubes in your detector. It provides information on which tubes are going to fail and gives the ability to the Field Engineer to "Proact" (and not React) before any downtime occurs.

Proactive Disk Verify (PDV)


PDV is another Proactive tool, part of the QSA platform, that will be able to remotely test your Hard Disk and its partitions, helping the Engineer resolve any potential problems before they occur.

Field Engineer Tools


The GE Field Engineer Service Team, the best trained in the world, has access to many tools providing the most comprehensive Field Services offerings.
