Patient History:
A 71 year old female with a history of breast cancer was referred for a PET scan. Previously the patient was diagnosed by a surgical excision. Histopathology demonstrated ductal carcinoma with one positive right axillary lymph node.

A 42 year old female with a history of non small cell lung cancer was referred for a PET scan. Previously the patient was diagnosed by needle biopsy. A PET scan was requested for staging the disease.

63-year old female patient with history of rectal carcinoma treated by resection. In the follow-up, hepatic and pulmonary                        metastases were detected and resected.

Infinia Hawkeye Angioma

Patient History:
62 year-old female with upper spine pain. Chest X-ray revealed only a small non-significant lesion. Whole body bone scan was normal. Chest SPECT/CT scan revealed a focal tracer uptake in the thoracic spine, perfectly correlated with a dense lesion visible in the vertebral body on CT Hawkeye images. Final diagnosis was angioma. Patient History:
74 year-old female with pelvic pain during the follow-up of breast cancer. Whole body bone scan showed focal increased tracer uptakes on the lumbar spine and the sternum. SPECT/CT scan confirmed the lumbar spine lesions. CT Hawkeye images revealed high density lesions located at the edge of the vertebral bodies correlated with SPECT lesions. 53 year old female with High Grade NonHodgkin’s lymphoma of the cervix, after biopsy and partial removal of the tumor. The patient was referred to base-line Ga-67 scintigraphy to establish Ga-avidity of the lesion before treatment.
