Supports intra-modality registration including NM/NM and PET/PET
-
Supports registration:
-
Directly between two images where the target image is registered to match the reference image
-
Indirectly by registering a pattern image which is coregistered with the target image to the reference image. Pattern images supported include PET Transmission Scan, Hawkeye CT Scan or NM scan with anatomic detail.
-
Provides two registration methods:
-
Landmark Based Registration (LBR), where a minimum of three user defined landmark pairs are used for computing a transformation that matches the target or pattern image to the reference image.
-
Direct Access Registration (DAR), where the target or pattern image is moved and rotated until it matches the reference image.
-
Quantitative information about registration quality displayed during LBR setup.
-
Direct Access Registration screen automatically launched after LBR transformation completed. This provides a fine tuning step to the LBR.
