Fluoro-Triggered MR AngiographyNever miss a contrast bolus again. Fluoro-Triggered MRA gives the Radiologist or Technologist the ability to image the vascular anatomy of interest in real time and to see the arrival of the contrast bolus and almost instantly start the acquisition of a high resolution MRA exam. Please confirm that your system has ALL the required prerequisites for this software application. |
Diffusion Tensor ImagingDiffusion Tensor Imaging extends the capablities of Diffusion Weighted imaging. Tensor imaging acquires from 6 to 55 orientations to differentiate tissue based on the degree of diffusion anisotrophy. Automated online processing produces image maps based on T2-weighted combined, ADC and fractional anisotropy. Please confirm that your system has ALL the required prerequisites for this software application. |

Spiral High Resolution Imaging & Real Time Spiral ImagingThe Spiral Imaging sequence was designed specifically for imaging the Coronary Arteries. Spiral pulse sequences use a very efficient Spiral K-Space Trajectory to acquire high resolution images of cardiac anatomy. Please confirm that your system has ALL the required prerequisites for this software application. |

Advanced Cardiac Imaging with 2D FIESTA CineThe FIESTA 2D CINE pulse sequence provides excellent blood to myocardium contrast for gated cardiac imaging. The short TR/TE capability of this sequence allows acquisition of high quality cardiac images that are less sensitive to turbulent blood flow. Case Study: Full R-R Interval 2D CINE Imaging Using FIESTA Please confirm that your system has ALL the required prerequisites for this software application. |
|
FastCine w/Taggingis a gated fast gradient echo technique used for cardiac imaging. FastCine is a white-blood technique with excellent blood myocardium contrast and full cardiac cycle coverage. Please confirm that your system has ALL the required prerequisites for this software application |

3D Myocardial Evaluation3D Myocardial Evaluation is a myocardial assessment tool that uses VAST (Variable Sampling in Time) technology to enable whole heart coverage in a single breath-hold. Myocardial evaluation uses an adjustable IR pulse for optimize signal from the myocardium in breath-hold scans times (per slice.) In addition using a superior echo train technology and exclusive notched saturation pulse yields excellent time course exams. Please confirm that your system has ALL the required prerequisites for this software application |
|
3D FatSat FIESTA3D FatSat FIESTA provides robust coronary artery imaging in a short breath-hold. The software acquires 3D images using FIESTA (Fast Imaging Employing Steady-state Acquisition).Fat suppression is applied to accentuate the coronary arteries. Please confirm that your system has ALL the required prerequisites for this software application |

VIBRANTVIBRANT (Volume Image Breast Assessment) provides simultaneous bilateral breast imaging in the sagittal plane. VIBRANT uses the 3dfgre sequence and ASSET in the slice direction to acquire sagittal slices from both breasts without doubling scan time or interpolating of data. This technique utilizes dual shimming , optimized fat suppression and automated on-line subtraction for ultimate background suppression. VIBRANT technique involves one visit, one injection, both breasts with no compromises. Please confirm that your system has ALL the required prerequisites for this software application Please call GEMS Direct at 800-886-0815 or e-mail at gemsdirect@med.ge.com for further assistance. |

9.1 ASSET. Array (PA) coil is used. The reduction in scan time is due to every other line in K-space being skipped, while keeping the total area covered in K-space the same. A half phase field of view (0.5 PFOV) is an example of a technique that uses a similar principle. ASSET requires a calibration scan prior to the image acquisition. This calibration scan is required for the system to account for the phase wrapped or aliased anatomy that occurs within each coil in the phased array set. |
