The GE Healthcare Signa HD/HDxt MR Applications training program is a didactic and practical course designed to instruct GE Signa users in the use of new clinical applications / PSDs and associated features on the Signa HDxt 1.5T and 3.0T MR systems. This course is structured to optimize the time available for hands-on guided practice. Class size is limited to seven students to provide a conducive, interactive learning environment.
Instruction will take place in a classroom environment and in a Signa MR suite either at the GE Healthcare Institute or at MR Manufacturing. The lecture portion of the class will highlight new features of the Signa HDxt 1.5T and 3.0Tsystems. A practical hands-on strategy reviews how clinical applications can be used to optimize image quality and patient throughput.

Objective
|
By the end of the program, technologists who attend the complete didactic segment will be able to use system features and perform intermediate to advanced procedures on a Signa HD/HDxt 1.5T or 3.0T MR system.

Target Audience
|
This program is designed for GE 1.5T or 3T MR technologists who currently have a basic working knowledge /experience on the GE Signa HD/HDxt 1.5T and 3.0T MR systems or for customers new to GE who have already completed the 1.5T or 3T Signa HD/HDxt Introductory program. We strongly recommend that you attend this course 3-6 months after you receive your new Signa HD/HDxt system. After completion of the course, these concepts should be practiced to further enhance information sharing in your department, increase site productivity, and elevate the standard of patient care in your facility.

Prerequisites

Attendees should have a basic working knowledge /experience on the GE Signa HD/HDxt 1.5T and 3.0T MR systems or have completed the
MR TiP Applications HQ Class Training - Introduction to Signa HD/HDxt – 1.5T and 3.0T.
