The GE Healthcare Cardiac MR Imaging Workshop training program is a didactic and practical course designed to provide the attendee with the skills and knowledge required to successfully perform intermediate to advanced cardiac MR imaging on a Signa HD or HDx MR system. This course is structured to optimize the

Instruction will take place in a classroom environment and in a Signa MR suite at the GE Healthcare Institute or at MR Manufacturing. The lecture portion of the course has been designed to provide the student with the knowledge for cardiac scanning with FIESTA, for Time Course and Myocardial Evaluation imaging and the use of the MR Echo RealTime imaging software. An introduction to the ReportCard cardiac reporting tool will also be given. The attendee will also have the opportunity to utilize this newly acquired knowledge and skills during the guided hands-on practice sessions.

Target Audience

This program is designed for the experienced MR technologists who have at least three months GE Signa HD MR system experience and a good working knowledge of MR physics. This methodology should be practiced to further enhance information sharing in your department, increase site productivity and elevate the standard of patient care in your facility.
