Technical Service - Diagnostic Imaging: Non-GE

Features

All aspects of servicing, from periodic maintenance requirements through calibrations and troubleshooting to the circuit board or subassembly level are included in our training courses. All basic system support classes begin with a thorough functional description of the product and its applications. Operation and configuration menus are discussed and practiced. Functional flow is presented at a block diagram level. Courses include a discussion of key theories of operation when essential to troubleshooting techniques. Most classes are structured to provide a 50/50 mixture of lecture and "hands-on" lab. Troubleshooting labs provide an opportunity to build confidence in using the troubleshooting techniques, tips and diagnostics presented during the course. As we own the equipment installed at our training facility - lab work can be as invasive as needed for a comprehensive hands-on troubleshooting experience.

Multi-Vendor Services Technical Training is unique. The training we provide is developed & delivered by GE Healthcare Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are the engineers on our National Technical Support team. As such, they continue to build their expertise on the job, everyday. You can leverage their expertise for your service operations staff!
