SOLAR Series Technical Service Class

The course is an overview of the SOLAR series products and peripherals, illustrating the practical skills needed to configure and troubleshoot the system. Participants are involved in basic clinical software navigation and the comprehension of software configuration and service tools. The course provides a detailed explanation of the individual hardware and software components, their integration and interconnectivity with iPanel, Clinical Information Center (CIC) and other system components. Participants learn hands-on skills in labs designed to reinforce principles reviewed in class.

Students attend class delivered either at our Madison or Waukesha training facility. Class size is managed to ensure an optimal student-instructor ratio and accessibility to equipment for hands-on labs.
