Clinical Systems, Life Support Solutions, and Ultrasound

Registration Instructions:
  • Complete all information on the electronic form.
  • For Clinical Systems classes, which include Patient Monitoring and Diagnostic Cardiology, please print the Technical Agreement & Employment Verification Form. After completing the form, sign the agreement and fax to 262-546-0997.
  • For Life Support Solutions classes, which include Anesthesia, Infant Care, and Healthcare IT, please print the Technical Agreement & Employment Verification Form. After completing the form, sign the agreement and fax to 608-531-2670.
  • For Ultrasound classes, please print the Technical Agreement & Employment Verification Form. After completing the form, sign the agreement and fax to 262-436-2146.
  • Print the registration form for your records.
  • Click the Save and Submit button to send your registration form to our Training Coordinator.
  • You will receive a confirmation via e-mail from CorpMylearning within 2 business days.
    • Registration:
  • All training must be taken within 18 months of purchase.

    Attendance:
  • Class start and end times vary. Please refer to email enrollment notification.
  • Participants are required to arrive on time for class.
  • For Patient Monitoring and Diagnostic Cardiology classes an assessment is administered upon completion of the class. Participants must pass written exam to receive Certificate of successful class completion.
  • For Anesthesia, Infant Care, and Healthcare IT classes an assessment is administered upon completion of the class. Participants must pass written exam to receive Certificate of successful class completion.
  • A "no show" is not reimbursed tuition charges.
    • Cancellations:
  • Accepted via email or phone.
  • Must be received 15 business days prior to the scheduled start date.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% of total tuition is charged for cancellations within 15 business days of the scheduled class date.
  • GE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class. GE will not be held responsible for any travel costs incurred due to causes beyond our control, such as but not limited to, hurricanes, tornados, or strikes.
    • Low enrollment:
  • GE reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment.
  • Classes with low enrollment 15 business days prior to the scheduled date will be cancelled.
  • When GE cancels a class, tuition will be refunded in full, or may be applied to the cost of another class scheduled to take place within 12 months of the original class.

    Note: GE's health and safety policy requires students to wear closed toed shoes while attending training. Steel-toed shoes are preferred, but steel toe shoe covers are available in the classroom. Sandals are not allowed in the training area.
