Browser Recommendations
To view and print TV schedules, we recommend using Microsoft Internet Exlorer version 6.0.
Printing Broadcast Schedules: "By Category" or “Weekly/Daily”
You can choose either of the two options for printing schedules: downloadable
PDF or print-friendly HTML.
- Select your time zone that you would like to print (ET, CT, MT, PT)
- Click on "Print PDF" or "Print HTML" (note: see the
steps below for the correct settings for printing HTML)
Recommendations for printing Weekly/Daily schedules in HTML
Please adjust your settings as described in the steps below if the HTML option
is not printing with one day per page.
- Be sure to select your time zone (ET, CT, MT, PT) and then click “Print
HTML”
- On the top of the browser on your computer screen, choose File > Page
Setup.
- On the Page Setup tab, check these three settings and adjust if needed:
> For Headers and Footers, make sure there is no text
displayed in the boxes.
> For Orientiation, choose "portrait".
> For margins, enter 0.5 for the top, bottom, left and right margins.
Click OK.
- On the top of the browser on your computer screen, choose Tools > Internet
Options, then choose the Advanced tab.
- On the Advanced Tab, scroll down to the section called Printing. Make sure
the box is checked next to "Print Background Colors and Images."
Click Apply. Click OK.
- On the top of the browser on your computer screen, choose View > Text
Size. Change to Smaller or Smallest.
- On the top of the browser on your computer screen, choose File > Print
as normal. The schedule should print with one day per page.
Note: If the HTML schedule is not printing one day per page
even after changing your settings in the steps above, please use the downloadable
PDF schedules instead by clicking on “Print PDF.”
