Target Audience:
This program is designed for physicians performing PET procedures as well as physicians who refer patients for PET studies. Other professionals in diagnostic imaging or oncology will also benefit from the content provided.

Course Description:
This CD course is designed to increase physician understanding of clinical PET. Detailed case studies presented by world-renowned PET experts demonstrate how PET allows doctors to detect cancer earlier, stage it more accurately and determine the most effective therapy.

Q: How long is the CD?
The course contains approximately 6 hours of content.

Q: Can more than one person view it?
The course is designed for one user only. There is a security feature that will allow access from the user's computer.

Q: What credit is available for this course?
The course has been approved for 6.0 VOICE continuing education hours (CEHs) through the Society of Nuclear Medicine.

Q: How do I apply for the CE credit?
There will be an assessment included in the course. Upon successful completion (>75%) of this assessment, you will be routed to a location where you can print a certificate of completion.

Q: Can more than one person get credit for viewing the CD?
No, only one person can get credit from each CD.

Q: Is there a written syllabus that comes with the CD?
There is a Print Slide feature that allows the course participant to print any desired slides. There is also a complete transcript that runs along with the program that can be printed. No other written materials are available

Q: What program does the CD run on? What software do I need?
A readiness test can be run from the CD. This test identifies what is currently on your PC and if needed links you to an Internet site to download the right version. Windows Media Player is required.
