Course Description
The Lunar BMD Prodigy and DPX Series Technical Training course is designed to educate Technical Support personnel on the Prodigy and DPX series system architecture and reactive service procedures and tools.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, the students will be able to:

  • Provide a high-level overview of Prodigy and DPX Series systems
  • Identify components of Prodigy and DPX Series systems
  • Describe the purpose BMD hardware components
  • View and retrieve system diagnostic information on Prodigy and DPX Series systems
  • Perform calibration and test procedures
  • Perform troubleshooting tests for FRU replacement
