The MUSE 7 Technical Service Class is an eight-day training course covering the function and interconnectivity of the MUSE 7 system, including MUSE client workstations, MUSE servers, MAC5000/5500 carts, MARS PC, and bedside monitors, focusing on the Dash.

The course is designed to teach the BioMed, Field Engineer, System Administrator, and IT Professional practical skills needed for troubleshooting and system setup. The class is designed to be 40% instruction based and 60% hands-on labs.

Students attend class delivered either at our Madison or Waukesha training facility. Class size is managed to ensure an optimal student-instructor ratio and accessibility to equipment for hands-on labs.
