Clinical Background:

  • 78-year-old male with an initial Ancure Aortobiliac graft placement with internal wall stents performed in 2002.
  • First follow-up study post trans-femoral perigraft iliolumbar artery catheterization for the treatment of a Type B endoleak.

  • Stable appearance of endograft.
  • No endoleak.
  • Stable aneurysm sac dimensions.
  • With its fast coverage speed and the efficient utilization of contrast agent, LightSpeed VCT enabled the diagnosis with improved confidence.

  • Detector Configuration: 64 x 0.625 mm at 40 mm coverage per rotation
  • Gantry Rotation: 0.6 sec
  • Scan Time: 4.7 sec
  • Pitch: 1.375
  • Scan Coverage: 369 mm
  • Contrast: 107 cc @ 5 cc/sec with 30 cc saline push
