Please also note that the federal law known as the Stark Law imposes certain requirements which must be met in order for physicians to bill Medicare/Medicaid or other federal states, similar laws cover billing for all patients. We recommend consulting with your reimbursement manager or healthcare consultant, as well as experienced legal counsel, prior to any expansion of service.
