- Domestic placement applicants will be notified regarding
the decision of their request within 8-12 weeks after the receipt of
the completed form

- GE Healthcare considers donating only to organizations that are non-discriminatory in their policies and practices with regards to physical abilities, gender, race, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity and religious creed

- The requesting organization must be a USA based, non-profit registered 501(c)(3) company with a medical mission intent
|
|
| |
|
- Product may be placed in any USA or International location provided the USA government has no export restrictions to that country
|
|
| |
|
- USA placements will be granted only in the following focus areas:
|
|
| |
- Disaster Relief
- Under/Uninsured Majority Patient Base
|
|
| |
|
- Any institution that is a GE Healthcare customer with a Trade In allowance from a Sales transaction must return the Trade In product to a GE designated site
