In October 2007, Frank was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for GE Healthcare.

In March 2007, Frank was also named a Company Officer.

Frank began his GE career working for GE Plastics in Europe where he had a variety of finance roles. He then moved to GE's Headquarter in Fairfield, Connecticut to join the Corporate FP&A team, first as an analyst and later as Staff Executive of the CFO.

In 1998 he joined Medical Systems in Milwaukee as the Service Finance Manager for the Americas after which he was promoted to CFO Americas. In 2001 Frank returned to Europe as the CFO of Medical Systems Europe and was promoted to the position of CFO for Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa (International) in 2003.

Frank is a graduate of the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands. He earned a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Business Economics.
