Keith joined GE in 1996. He came to GE Healthcare in 2008 from GE Money where he was General Counsel for two years. Before joining GE Money, Keith was General Counsel for GE Plastics and for GE Lighting; and prior to this was Senior Counsel with GE Plastics in Europe and Transactions Counsel with GE Corporate.

During his time with GE Money, Keith led his team in a number of key acquisitions and joint ventures, many within the emerging markets, and in achieving significant regulatory and compliance successes across 55 countries.

Keith graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in economics, and from the University of Texas with a degree in law and a master’s degree in business administration.

Keith and his family are based in the UK.
