Keith was appointed Vice President and General Counsel for GE Healthcare in 2008. In this role, Keith has global responsibility for legal, compliance and government relations.

Since joining GE in 1996 as Transactions Counsel with GE Corporate, Keith has been General Counsel of a number of GE businesses, including Plastics Europe, Lighting, Advanced Materials and Consumer Finance.

Prior to joining GE, Keith was associated with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York and London.

Keith graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor's degree in economics and from the University of Texas.
