Harefield and the Innova 2100 IQ

Pictured following the recent handover of an Innova 2100 system at Harefield Hospital are (from left):
GE Healthcare Vascular Technical Support Engineer Nawal Mayor, Harefield Hospital Senior Staff Nurse Alison Sutcliffe, Department of Imaging Manager Anne McLucas, Senior Radiographers Ruth Adamson and Alison Fletcher, GE Healthcare Account Manager Rowena Sims and Senior Vascular Engineer Terry Hayes.

Harefield Hospital, a customer of GE's interventional systems for many years, is part of the Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Trust, recently awarded 3 stars by the Healthcare Commission, is the largest cardiothoracic centre in the UK and probably the largest in Europe.

Both hospitals are at the leading edge nationally and internationally in the investigation, treatment and care of people with heart and lung disease.

The handover marks the last public event for Ms McLucas, as she is now going into a well-earned retirement. She will be missed by all the imaging team at the hospital and the sales and service teams of GE Healthcare.
