RSS NewsFeedsRSS, which stands for Really Simple Syndication, is an easy and automatic way to keep up to date on information from websites you like. Rather than going to websites to see if a new article, feature or Podcast has been published, you can use RSS to alert you every time there is something new. To receive GE feeds in your podcasting or news reader application: 1. Click on the RSS or PODCAST subscribe button for the feed you want. (You can right-click or option-click for a shortcut). 2. Copy the URL in the address bar of your browser (or from your clipboard) and paste it into your podcasting application. To use RSS, you need to download a News Reader (a.k.a. "aggregator"), which will display RSS "feeds" from your chosen websites on your computer. All you have to do then is choose which RSS feed you want, such as GE Podcasts! There are a range of different News Readers available. We don't recommend any specific RSS reader at GE Healthcare. For a list of possible readers, use the link below. |
