Does QuantaCare™ include all parts and labor?
QuantaCare™’s fixed price includes remedial and planned maintenance services which provides replacement of defective parts and labor for the specified contract hours. Options are available to include coverage for overtime hours.


What “special” GE features are included?
QuantaCare™ includes the proven remote diagnostic network, the new “on the console” technologists support with access to our knowledge base and the one-touch “Contact GE” feature, 10 TiP-TV productivity enhancing education programs, plus unlimited access to the TiP applications answer line.


Can I tailor QuantaCare™ to fit my needs?
QuantaCare™ was structured to provide the broadest range of customer flexibility. You can pick and choose from a wide range of coverage hours, weekend support, response time, uptime choices, and premium options like iCenter™ and ScanPATH™.


Is QuantaCare™ only available on CT and MR?
No, you can select QuantaCare™ support for a full range of GE imaging systems including CT, MR, Vascular, PET, XRAY, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound systems.
