InSite™ is GE's remote diagnostic and solutions network. InSite™ links your equipment directly to a centralized, on-line, engineering and applications support team. It allows that team to dial into your system via a phone line and start diagnosing your system immediately . . . no waiting for a FE to call back or arrive on site. Diagnosis can start as soon as your call is answered at our On-Line Center or with the new iLinq™ capability, when you send a message with the "Contact GE" feature. InSite™ saves valuable time and optimizes your system availability with resolutions for software problems, applications or performance issues. Even hardware problems can be diagnosed reducing on site time and speeding repair. InSite™ means higher productivity, lower cost . . . proven performance with over 10 years of experience and 15,000 plus systems on the network worldwide. InSite™ is available as a feature of select GE services contracts.
