Is FlexiCare™ “defeatured” service support?
No. Whenever you need GE labor or parts you get the same high quality GE service . . . there is no compromise in the level of requested support.


What's the difference between QuantaCare™ fixed price service and FlexiCare™ shared risk service?
With QuantaCare™, any contracted level of labor and parts can be requested as part of the “fixed price”. With FlexiCare™ your labor and parts expenses are applied to the “pool”. If the pool is depleted, you incur additional cost at 80% of the list price of the labor or parts. FlexiCare™ allows you to directly manage the costs applied to the pool.


Can I tailor FlexiCare™ to fit my needs?
FlexiCare™ offers a broad range of flexibility including coverage, response, planned maintenance, remote diagnostics and TiP education choices.


Is FlexiCare™ available for all product lines?
Yes, FlexiCare™ is available for the full range of GE systems including CT, MR, Vascular, PET, XRAY, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound.
