Is CompreCare™ coverage available on individual pieces of equipment?
CompreCare™ is designed as a strategic offering for customers desiring a one-stop, single source, multi-vendor solution. It is a departmental strategy rather than a device strategy. Typically, a customer would desire all imaging and/or biomedical devices to be covered by CompreCare™. This strategy would free the customer from the day-to-day mechanics of equipment services delivery, instead allowing the customer to focus on the results, managing quality and cost.
Is CompreCare™ available only on GE imaging equipment?
CompreCare™ is a multi-vendor services strategy and is designed to provide coverage for your complete imaging department. You may also elect CompreCare™ coverage for your biomedical equipment. You can choose imaging coverage, biomedical coverage, or both.
How can you provide effective service on equipment that is not manufactured by GE?
We utilize a combination of strategies to optimize our effectiveness and quality. Some multi-vendor service is delivered directly where we have been able to train, stock and source parts, and vertically integrate service capability. We compliment this direct services approach with operational structure to source capability directly from the manufacturer and/or third party suppliers.
