Audit Review - Detailed review of audit results and scheduling of program implementation
Preventive Maintenance In-Service* - On-site training at six-month intervals to review proper equipment handling and common repairs
Endoscope Cleaning & Disinfection* - Periodic on-site training in proper reprocessing procedures
Endoscope Inspection Visits* - Thorough inspections and written evaluations of all covered endoscopes at six-month intervals
Mid-year Audit - A major review, similar to Initial Audit, to monitor program effectiveness
* Endoscope Repair Management Program documentation is kept on site; copies of all inspection sheets and in-services
