CPI combines service line expertise with a data driven, Six Sigma methodology to work with physicians and hospital staff to achieve results oriented change.
The CPI Process

Define and measure through data analysis, benchmarking and interviews with key physicians and staff
Present Opportunities Report to physician, staff and administration: share data analysis/benchmarking/best practice methodologies; quantify opportunities
Develop implementation plan and prioritize opportunities through task force teams
Continue additional data collection, share with physicians, and support implementation
Sustain improvements through dashboard development for key metrics and subscription to performance management tool, DYNAMO
