High contrast, liquid crystal display (LCD) powered by Smart-pac™ battery
The Tram Transport Display, powered by the Smart-pac battery,
is a high contrast, liquid crystal display (LCD) for use with
a Tram module. The Smart-pac battery uses microprocessor-based
electronic circuitry to continuously monitor battery status (current
battery capacity, cell condition, temperature and other information).
The Tram Transport Display accommodates two removable, high capacity
NiCad Smart-pac batteries for up to 3.5 hours of transport time.
It may also be used with one battery and an optional AC power
supply for up to two hours of transport plus stand-alone operation.
