RadWorks WebViewer is intended for large scale image distribution in an intranet or Internet environment. Images can be viewed from flexible locations in the network. New features such as conferencing and multi-studies/series comparison create new opportunities for WebViewer usage.
The typical RadWorks WebViewer configuration consists of a RadWorks webserver that can communicate with any RadWorks or DICOM 3.0 compliant database. Connected to the server are clients that can be used from any location in the network. A client can be any standard PC running Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01/5.5.
