I wanted to upgrade
my ultrasound
scanner but it’s manufacturer
had a limited range of scanners
to offer. I also had problems
when my unit needed repairs.
I knew the company Wipro GE but did not have the
address of their Mumbai office or their sales executive.
I had selected Wipro GE because of it’s wide range of
ultrasound products and service network, I also liked
the Wipro GE ultrasound scanners that I had seen at
my friends’ clinics.
Fortunately I had an internet connection and came
to know about the web site of Wipro GE and their
eMarketing division. I browsed the site and posted a
querry specifying my requirements. I received an
instant reply from the Wipro GE eMarketer Mr. Manoj
Menon. After exchange of emails for about a week we
finalised the deal. I was offered concessional rates
because the company was saving on visits of their sales
executives.
Thanks to the eMarketing Division of

Medical Systems I could finalise the
purchase from my home over the internet.
