Lean is a method which aims at eliminating waste. Any action that does not add value to a process is eliminated, streamlining your processes and allowing you to work better and faster.

Six Sigma is a methodology which allows us, together with you, to measure, analyse, improve and control your processes for lasting solutions to your issues. The final goal is to reduce the variability and waste in your processes and align your new capacity with your chosen objective. For example, reduce patient waiting time and increase throughput on your diagnostic imaging equipment.

Work-Out is a technique which uses cross-functional working groups to actively seek solutions. At the end of each meeting, a realistic and effective action plan is agreed upon which drives the project forward.

CAP (Change Acceleration Process) helps your teams to implement change. Through CAP, your staff are guided and helped through the change process in order to make sure that new operating procedures are implemented in an easy, acceptable, and painless manner.
